Watch live wildlife camera streams 7am to 10pm every day.

Springwatch takes a look at the lives of wild animals in their natural habitats, showcasing the beauty and diversity of wildlife around the UK. This year, Springwatch is in the Cairngorms in Scotland until 13 June.

Here are some of the animals you can see on today’s live cameras:

Lesser redpoll – there are 4 chicks in the nest and unlike the adult song thrushes, the adult redpolls do not remove the faecal sacs which can be seen surrounding the nest.

Song thrush – there are 5 chicks, both the male and female adults can often be seen at the nest sharing the parental responsibilities.

Great spotted woodpecker – this is the first time we’ve ever had a camera inside a woodpecker’s nest which is hollowed out of a tree by the parents. Occasionally the parents hollow out the nest further to accomodate the 4 chicks who are getting bigger by the day.

Treecreeper – this nest has 4 chicks who are only a few days old!

Pine wood and river cams – these cameras have remarkable views of red squirrels, badgers, roe deer and even pine martens.

Swallows – there are 4 chicks, to see them check out the rest of our live cameras from Springwatch here:
